My instagram: @callmeenails ⸻ Booking & Service Policies Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits go towards your total service. ⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients arriving 15 minutes or later will forfeit their deposit and the appointment will be cancelled. Any later arrival will be considered a no-show. ⸻ Nail Fix Policy Your satisfaction means everything to me, and I want to ensure you leave your appointment feeling happy and confident with your set. Please take a moment to carefully look at your nails before leaving your appointment so any concerns can be addressed right away. If you need a nail fix, please contact me within 3 days through instagram or email. Kindly include a photo or video of the broken nail so i can review it and assist you accordingly. Fixes & Repairs • Any issues must be reported within 3 days of your appointment. • Complimentary fixes within this 3 day window are only offered for accidents, chipping, or lifting. • Any fixes requested after 3 days will be charged as a new service. Damaged caused by the client are not covered under free fixes. Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your nails. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in loss of durability and will not qualify for complimentary fixes. ⸻ Nail Art & Design Policy Nail art is priced separately by tier, based on time, detail, and materials used. If nail art is desired, one design tier must be selected at booking. If you’re unsure which tier to choose, please book the higher tier. Adjustments can be made during your appointment if needed. Tier Explanation: • Tier 1 – Simple: Minimal nail art such as a single accent nail, basic stripes, dots, or tiny decals. Perfect for clients who want subtle, quick designs. • Tier 2 – Detailed: Moderate nail art including French tips, chrome, aura, or cat eye designs. Multiple nails can have design elements, but overall time is moderate. • Tier 3 – Advanced: Full sets with intricate hand painted designs, multiple colors, or patterns on several nails. Great for clients wanting a statement set. • Tier 4 – Luxury: Highly detailed or custom designs, including 3D art, full hand painting on every nail, gemstones, or layered effects. Final price may be confirmed in person if additional time or materials are required. Beyond Tier 4: Some designs fall outside the tier system. • Custom / Extreme Sets: Designs that exceed Tier 4 due to length (XXXL+), complexity, or time required. These sets are custom-priced, starting at $300+, and REQUIRE A CONSULTATION. ⸻ ✨ CUSTOM / EXTREME NAIL SET POLICY (For designs exceeding my highest tier) CONSULTATION REQUIRED • A consultation is required before booking • Design inspiration must be submitted in advance • Final pricing and time estimate will be confirmed prior to the appointment Custom / Extreme Nail Sets Custom / Extreme Sets are for clients requesting XXXL length or longer. A highly intricate designs, extensive hand-painted art, heavy 3D elements, or full crystal sets that exceed my standard nail art tiers. These sets are custom priced due to the time, skill, and materials required. Deposit Policy • 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Custom / Extreme Set • Deposit goes toward the final total • Remaining balance is due at the appointment Important Notes • Prices may increase if design complexity changes • Redesigns or additions on the day of the appointment may result in additional charges or rescheduling • Custom sets cannot be rushed and may not be suitable for clients on a strict time limit. • Appointments typically take 6–8 hours, depending on the design. ⸻ Kids Services Policy • A parent or guardian must be present at all times. • Children must be able to sit calmly for the service. • Gel polish only at this time. • No extensions, acrylics, or advanced nail art. • Services may be paused or ended early if safety becomes a concern. Appointment times cannot be extended. Thank you for your understanding 🤍 ⸻ General Booking Notes Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the cancellation window. All pricing and service times are based on the tier and length selected at booking. 3-Day Grace Period: Contact me within 3 days of your appointment with proof (photo or video) of any broken, chipped, or flawed nails for a free repair. Repairs outside the 3-day window may incur a fee. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: • Poor hygiene • Signs of infection or contagious conditions • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations This policy is in place to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for both myself and my clients. ⸻ Health & Safety Notice • If you are feeling unwell, running a fever, or showing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of yourself, other clients, and the artist. • In the rare event that I become ill or experience an emergency, I may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that your time is valuable, and I will always do my very best to notify you as far in advance as possible. When rescheduling is necessary, I will make every sincere effort to accommodate your schedule and rebook you at the earliest available time.
